What this shop is

The Hollow Shop lists art for your Hollow profile: avatars, banners, frames, and bundles of those. Every piece is made by the artist named on it. AnonListen runs the shop, and the shop is a wall: it shows you the work and sends you to the artist. The shop carries art to wear, not causes: no flags, slogans or political or religious messages, from any side.

The sale happens on the artist's own Ko-fi shop. Buy is a link to their Ko-fi item, you pay Ko-fi, and Ko-fi pays the artist. The artist is the seller and Ko-fi's terms cover the transaction. AnonListen takes no money from it and is not a party to it.

What the shop does after the sale is mint your code. Ko-fi tells the shop that an order was paid, the shop makes a one-time code for the item, mails it to the address you gave Ko-fi, and signs the supporter badge when you redeem it.

Who can buy

Anyone old enough to make a purchase where they live, or a parent or guardian buying for them. You need the Hollow app to use what you buy. The app is free.

What you get

A purchase gives you two things: the files and a code.

The files come from Ko-fi, as the download attached to the item: the art in the format the Hollow app uses, plus the originals as the artist made them. There is no DRM on any of it. The code's email carries a download link of its own, good for 30 days, in case the Ko-fi download goes missing.

The code is redeemed once, inside the Hollow app. Redeeming puts the art in your app, ready to wear, and adds the supporter badge for that item to your profile: a small sign that tells other people you bought it from the artist. The badge is tied to your Hollow identity and cannot be moved to another one.

Licence

The art stays the artist's. What you buy is a personal licence: wear it on your Hollow profile, keep the files, use them for yourself. You may not resell the art, train a model on it, or pass it off as your own. A bundle is the same licence for each piece inside it.

Codes and gifting

A code belongs to whoever holds it: the first person to redeem it gets the badge. That is how gifting works here. Buy the item, send the code to a friend, and the friend redeems it. Keep a code to yourself until you use it or give it away. If an order is refunded, the keeper may refuse its code, and the app then refuses it too.

Refunds and the right of withdrawal

Sales are final. The refunds page lists the few cases where money goes back, and who sends it.

Under EU consumer law you can usually cancel an online purchase within 14 days. For a digital item delivered at once, that right ends when delivery begins, provided you agreed to the immediate delivery and to losing the right. Buying a piece is that agreement: the item's page on Ko-fi says so before you pay, and your order mail confirms it.

Your part

Do not try to redeem a code you know is refunded or already used. Do not poke at the shop's servers. Do not pose as one of the artists listed here.

If the shop goes away

We keep the shop up as well as we can, and it may still go down, or close one day. The files you downloaded stay yours, and the badges already on your profile keep working, because the app checks them on its own and never asks the shop.

Artists

Artists sell here under their own agreement with us: their own work, made by hand, no generated images. If you believe a piece here copies someone's work, write to support@anonlisten.com and we will take it down while we look.

The legal part

AnonListen is Vitalii Rovinskyi, in Poland, and these terms follow Polish and EU law. The shop is offered as it is. We are not liable for losses that come from using what you bought, and the sale itself is between you, the artist and Ko-fi. Nothing here limits the rights consumer law gives you where you live.

Changes and contact

We may change these terms. The date at the top moves when we do. Questions go to support@anonlisten.com.
